Shipping policy

All orders are shipped as soon as possible. We do our best to ensure orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once you’ve submitted your order with full payment, we will package and ship your item. For custom orders, please allow an additional 2 business days for preparation and processing. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped however you can also track the order by logging into your HERMA JOY account.

COVID-19: Our primary carrier is USPS and they are currently experiencing significant delays that are beyond our control. Rest assured, we are working hard to deliver all orders as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated every step of the way.

Please note: All orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery may take a few extra days if the destination is in a rural area.

International orders: We are not responsible for customs fees or delays.
